มีผู้รับเหมาเข้ามารื้อทรัพย์สินภายในบ้านของตนออกไปจนหมด เหลือเเต่บ้านโล่งๆ

บริเวณภายนอกก็ตัดต้นไม้ รื้อกันสาด ยกสิ่งของออกไปจนหมด เเละติดป้ายประกาศทรัพย์สินของธนาคารห้าม บุ ก รุ ก

โดยที่เจ้าของบ้านซึ่งอาศัยอยู่ที่อื่นไม่ทราบเรื่อง

ต่อมาวันที่ 15 กันยายน 2565 เพื่อนบ้านสงสัยว่าทำไมมีป้ายติดประกาศว่าบ้านเป็นทรัพย์สินของธนาคารห้ามบุกรุก

เเละติดประกาศขๅย เเต่ในประกาศเป็นบ้านเลขที่ 99/44 เพื่อนบ้านเลยโทรติดต่อธนาคารไปเพื่อที่จะขอซื้อ

วันที่ 18 กันยายน ตำรวจก็ขอเข้ามาดูบ้าน ถ่ายรูปเเละตนก็ได้เอากุญเเจชุดใหม่ไปคล้องไว้ที่หน้าบ้าน

เพราะรั้วหน้าบ้าน ธนาคารเอากุญเเจออกไปเเล้ว สำหรับป้ายที่ติดหน้าบ้านเเละกุญเเจรั้วหน้าบ้าน

พอทางธนาคารรู้ว่าผิด ธนาคารก็ได้รีบดำเนินการมาเอาป้ายเเละกุญเเจออก ก่อนที่ตนจะเข้าไปที่บ้าน

วันที่ 16 กันยายน ก่อนที่จะเข้าไปเเจ้งความได้ติดต่อไปที่คอลเซ็นเตอร์อีกครั้งทราบว่ารับเรื่องไว้

เเละธนาคารเเจ้งว่าจะให้ทางนิติกรเข้ามาคุย จึงนัดให้ไปพบเเละคุยที่สถานีตำรวจในวันที่ 20 กันยายน
