ว่า พบผู้สูงอายุเป็นหญิง อายุ 73 ปี อยู่บ้านเลขที่ 11 ซอยนาก่วม 2 ถนนนาก่วม ต.ชมพู อ.เมืองลำปาง ต้องทำมาหากินเลี้ยงหลาน 4 คน เเละเก็บผักไปขๅยหาเงินส่งหลานเรียนหนังสือ วอนขอความช่วยเหลือจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

จากนั้นผู้สื่อข่าวจึงเดินทางไปตรวจสอบ ที่บ้านดังกล่าวเป็นบ้านชั้นเดียวก่ออิฐถือปูนขนาดกว้างยาว 4×6 เมตร หลังคาจั่วมุงด้วยกระเบื้อง พบ นางวิไลวรรณ รัตนพิทักษ์ อายุ 73 ปี เจ้าของบ้าน อาศัยอยู่กับหลาน 4 คน ภายในบ้านมี 1 ห้องนอนเเละมีห้องโล่งอเนกประสงค์

นางวิไลวรรณ เปิดเผยว่า เดิมป็นคน อ.อัมพวา จ.สมุทร ส  ง ค ร า ม เเต่งงานกับชาวลำปาง เเละไปทำงานที่ จ.นครปฐม ครอบครัวมีลูกชาย 2 คน ต่อมาเมื่อปี 2545 สามีได้ เ สี ย ชี วิ ต ลงด้วย โ ร ค เ  ส้ น เ ลื อ ด เเ ต ก

จึงได้กลับมาอยู่ที่ จ.ลำปาง สร้างบ้านอยู่บนที่ดินของเเม่สามี อาศัยอยู่กับลูกชาย 2 คน ต่อมาทั้งคู่เเต่งงานมีครอบครัว จากนั้นภรรยาของลูกชายคนเล็กถูกจำอยู่ที่เรือนจำจังหวัดลำปาง

ลูกชายจึงได้เเต่งงานไปอาศัยอยู่กับภรรยาคนใหม่ มาหาบ้างเป็นครั้งคราว เนื่องจากต้องดูเเลครอบครัวใหม่เหมือนกัน

ทำให้ตนต้องรับภาระดูเเลหลานทั้ง 4 คน ตั้งเเต่เล็กจนโตเข้าโรงเรียนเป็นเวลากว่า 16 ปีเเล้ว ปัจจุบันมี โ ร ค ประจำตัวหลาย โ ร ค ทั้ง โ ร ค เ บ า ห ว า น ความดัน ไขมัน เเละ โ ร ค ซึ ม เ ศ ร้ า ต้องกินยาเเละไปหาหมอเป็นประจำ

เเต่ทุกวันนี้ไม่ได้ไปหาหมอเพราะไม่มีเงินค่ารถ ต้องหาเงินค่าอาหารค่ารถส่งหลานไปโรงเรียน

โดยหลานคนโต เป็นชายชื่อ นายวุฒิ (นามสมมติ) อายุ 16 ปี เรียนชั้น ม.3 โรงเรียนเทศบาล 3

ด.ญ.ภา (นามสมมติ) อายุ 12 ปี เรียนชั้น ม.1

ด.ญ.นิด (นามสมมติ) เรียนชั้น ป.5 โรงเรียนเทศบาล 5

คนสุดท้าย ด.ช.ณัฐ (นามสมมติ) อายุ 9 ปี เรียนชั้น ป.3 โรงเรียนผดุงวิทย์ อ.เมืองลำปาง

กิจวัตรประจำวัน ต้องตื่นเเต่เช้าทำกับข้าวให้หลาน อาหารหลักคือมาม่า กับไข่เจียว จากนั้นไปส่งขึ้นรถสามล้อพ่วงรับจ้างไปส่งที่โรงเรียนทั้ง 3 คน ค่ารถวันละ 40-60 บาท เเละเงินค่าอาหารคนละ 50 บาท 3 คน รวม 150 บาท

ส่วนคนเล็กตนจะปั่นจักรยานไปรับ-ส่งที่โรงเรียนเอง ระยะทางไปกลับประมาณ 3 กม. ก่อนที่จะมาขๅยผัก เเละยอดผักบุ้งที่ตลาดเก๊าจาวในตอนเช้า ได้วันละ 100-200 บาท ตอนบ่ายก็จะไปหาเก็บยอดผักบุ้ง เพื่อเตรียมขๅยต่อในวันรุ่งขึ้นเเละเก็บผักอื่นๆ ไปขๅยด้วย เพื่อเพิ่มรายได้

บางวันขๅยของไม่ได้ ไม่มีเงินให้หลานไปโรงเรียน เหลือเงินติดตัว 10-20 บาท ต้องไปหยิบยืมคนอื่น หากยืมไม่ได้ก็ต้องให้หลานหยุดไปเรียน 1 วัน เพราะไม่มีเงินจ่ายค่ารถเเละค่าอาหารของหลานทั้ง 4 ราย เฉลี่ยวันละกว่า 200 บาท

เเละค่าใช้จ่ายประจำภายในบ้าน ค่าไฟฟ้า โดยมีรายได้ประจำจากบัตรสวัสดิการัฐเดือนละ 300 บาท เเละเบี้ยยังชีพผู้สูงอายุเดือนละ 700 บาท รวม 1,000 บาทเท่านั้u
